For the Large Room model, Canopy points to water-probe scale, filter placement, the magnetic grate safety, and external power before escalation.
This can be expected SPA behavior. The fan may restart while water remains or the filter is still damp.
Canopy’s current Large Room/help-center guidance says to hold On/Off for 30 seconds after replacing the filter, but a current Large Room replacement-filter page shows 10 seconds. Use the 30-second help-center sequence first; if it does not clear, verify the exact-model instruction with Canopy.
The two metal water-level probes can collect calcium or iron scale. Clean them externally before treating the water-detection system as failed.
The Large Room grate is part of a safety interlock. If the magnet nearest the power button is missing or the grate is not secured, the fan can stay off.
On the Large Room model, slow tank use is not automatically a failure. The manual says evaporation slows when room humidity is already high; in a dry room, blocked airflow becomes the next check.
